We are looking for an analytical thinker who will develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio into our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. To derive meaningful insights from targeted analyses that enable recommendations for action for product development, marketing, and management.
2. To be responsible for the introduction and use of Optimizely, design and manage A/B tests, and derive concrete measures based on the results to sustainably improve the conversion rate and user experience.
3. To ensure high data quality, develop automatic reports, establish performance KPIs, and make the influence of analytics on business decisions measurable.
4. To communicate complex issues in an understandable way and support internal teams in the use of analytics tools, promoting a data-oriented culture throughout the company.
Requirements:
* Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing, or a comparable background.
* Several years of experience with Google Analytics (incl. GA4), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) as well as Looker and Looker Studio.
* In-depth understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, and confidence in using tools such as Optimizely.
* Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate these into concrete measures.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
* Very good knowledge of English.
