What You'll Do:
* Own the end-to-end customer order process, from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and follow-up.
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure smooth and on-time order fulfillment.
* Coordinate shipments, export documentation, freight bookings, and delivery confirmations.
* Participate in project, contract, and large-order review meetings.
* Manage RMAs, returns, spare parts, prototypes, and accessories requests.
* Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in SAP and CRM systems.
* Register and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring alignment with quality and service standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs monitoring, and system enhancements.
* Support the wider EMEA Customer Serviceteam as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service,Sales Support, or similar roles.
* Fluency in English and German(additional languages are a plus).
* Strong customer-focus with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience working with SAP (SD module)and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team player attitude.
