Your Role As CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth – while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.
Core Finance Functions: Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities
Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation
Credit Decisions: Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management
Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems
Stakeholder Management: Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
~ Proven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
~ Solid experience in credit decision-making and portfolio management
~ Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
