We are on the lookout for a Manager, Product Operations to join the AdTech Commercial team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Ad Tech team is building products and services that help our vendors and advertisers grow their business on Delivery Hero’s apps and websites. We provide our Ad Tech products to the whole Delivery Hero group, including brands such as foodpanda, foodora, PedidosYa, Talabat, Hungerstation and Woowa.
In this role you will be leading our effort to improve our next-gen advertising platform with a portfolio of performance-based advertising services across the Delivery Hero Group.
1. You and your team will be working with our product and engineering teams as well as other central and local teams to improve our innovative advertising solutions for our vendors.
2. The product operations team’s mission is to better understand the needs of the local customers in the regions, support those teams around the world with their product feature requests and issues, as well as coordinate smooth roll-out of new products and product features with the right processes and flawless execution.
3. Focus on high-visibility, strategic projects impacting DH globally, and become the expert on our Ad Tech product offering by understanding diverse local and end-user needs
4. Act as the first line of support for the local entities and operate the service desk to troubleshoot, report and drive the resolution of the bugs/issues in close collaboration with our engineering and product teams
5. Manage stakeholder-facing product documentation and training, and drive the definition and execution of new product features across the globe partnering with regional and local teams.
6. Own end to end the definition and execution of new strategies and frameworks to improve simplicity and scalability of our teams
Qualifications
7. 4+ years of experience in product support, product operations or similar, ideally some part of it within ad tech space. 2+ experience in managing people
8. Excellent understanding of software development processes and related tools (, Jira)
9. Strong interest in consumer-facing applications and a passion for breaking down complex problems. Systematic, structured and detail-oriented and analytical mindset
10. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with good communication skills
11. Excellent (senior) stakeholder management skills covering various backgrounds
12. Strong sense of ownership and accountability
