Opportunities at the End of the Program Sales Representative: Support, market, and sell machines or engines throughout the sales cycle while driving revenue and growth for the aftermarket solutions business. Counsel dealers to increase performance, provide guidance on customer service issues, support new product rollouts, analyze market activity, and analyze product application and utilization. Program Qualifications Who We’re Looking For A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience Ability to travel up to 30–70% depending on assignments Willingness to live abroad for up to 3 months for training/rotation Fluent in English and German Valid passport through May 2027 Skills That Make You Stand Out Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Analyze complex situations to develop actionable solutions.
