your mission
* Develop and manage B2B distribution partnerships across the MENA, SEA & APAC region
* Acquire new business opportunities and expand market share.
* Serve as the main point of contact between REVIDERM HQ (Germany) and our local partners.
* Ensure regional compliance and product registrations in collaboration with HQ R&D.
* Plan and execute regional events, trainings, and distributor meetings.
* Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and pricing strategy for MENA & SEA markets.
* Represent REVIDERM at regional exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.

what we're looking for
* Proven B2B sales experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry within the MENA & SEA region.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
* Fluent English; Arabic and/or Chinese is a strong advantage.
