C&A is seeking an experienced Logistics Workstream Lead to support the transformation of logistics, warehousing, supply chain planning, and transport management as part of the Fit for Future (F4F) Program.
The mission of the F4F program is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.
The Workstream Lead will be responsible for guiding the logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse, and transport management systems workstream to successful completion, ensuring alignment with the overall F4F and the Supply Chain Playbook goals, managing the workstream within the established timeline and budget by overcoming any challenges that arise throughout the process.
Your responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a detailed workstream plan, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation program. Set clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage the budget assigned to the development of technology supporting future DC operations, supply chain planning, and transportation capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse, and transport-related topics, ensuring effective collaboration between key stakeholders.
• Form, lead and develop the workstream team, defining clear roles and responsibilities. Host weekly meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Translate future DC Operations, supply chain planning, and Transportation Management Processes into functional system requirements.
• Manage the trade offs between customization and standard system configuration to develop a sustainable and scalable solution that responds to the functional requirements of our process design.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues within the workstream. Develop action plans to address blockers or delays and ensure proactive resolution.
What you bring
• Expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, warehousing, and transport management, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects, particularly in logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse, and transport management system changes.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment between logistics operations and the broader transformation programme.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Ability to manage risks proactively and drive structured solutions.
Requisite Education / Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain planning, and transport operations, preferably in a retail or omni-channel environment.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on logistics, supply chain planning, and warehouse process improvements.
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing workstreams within business transformations.
• Experience in process optimization and change management within logistics, supply chain planning, and warehouse operations.
