Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and changes to reservations.
* Maintain a strong understanding of travel products and services to offer accurate information.
* Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for quality and training purposes.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; English proficiency is essential.
