Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the complete handling of Import ocean freight shipments, including order acceptance, shipment tracking, verification of incoming invoices, and billing the customer.
Preparing all necessary freight and customs documents, handling customs clearance, and preparing quotations are also part of your duties.
You have:
• Completed commercial training, preferably with an international focus and a background in logistics
• A customer-oriented mindset and approach
• Strong organizational skills as well as flexibility, resilience, and team spirit
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
