Here are the exciting tasks you can look forward to:
* Responsibility for the development of innovative thermal management solutions for electric vehicles worldwide
* Global contact person for thermal management solutions within the Webasto Group
* Independent development and foundational work on high-voltage heaters as well as new product ideas
* Execution and evaluation of calculations, test series, and alternative functional solutions
Goal-oriented coordination of technical details with internal and external development partners
What you bring to us:
* Technical degree and several years of experience in automotive development, with specific knowledge in refrigerants, heat pumps, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
* Very good knowledge of automotive development processes such as FMEA, APQP, and 8D, as well as a strong quality and cost awareness
* Assertiveness, confident demeanor with customers, as well as strong communication skills and team orientation
* Intercultural competence, high flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
Very good English skills in line with international requirements
