As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational activities at a semiconductor manufacturing site operated by the customer. You lead a team of qualified technicians in areas such as Total Gas Management (TGM) and logistics management.
Management of the compliance program, including risk assessments, emergency management, audits, and adherence to SEMI, OSHA, and environmental standards
Ensuring a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards, as well as continuous optimization of processes to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability
Operational responsibility for gas and chemical supply (bulk, subfab, point‑of‑use) and ensuring error‑free material provisioning for advanced manufacturing processes
Financial and contract management, including oversight of existing customer contracts, identification of cost‑saving opportunities, and development of value‑added solutions to enhance fab efficiency
Preparation and communication of KPI‑based reports, proactive customer support, timely escalation of relevant issues, and close collaboration with global teams to implement best practices
Completed engineering degree or certified master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of experience in gas supply and 3 years of leadership experience
Practical experience with ultra‑high‑purity gas systems, cleanroom environments, and processes within the semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing industry
Knowledge of contract management, financial processes, and quality systems (including SEMI standards, ISO 9001, and EHS
Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with ERP or MES systems
