- Working student in the R&D Characterization Lab of the Business Group Bipolar Discretes
- Support the development and improvement of benchmark discrete semiconductors
- Electrical characterization measurements and automation of measurement setups
This is you:
- Bachelor or Master Student of Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Preferably experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, pulse generators and high voltage equipment
- Basic programming knowledge preferably in Python
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- Precise, observant, eager to learn, motivated, self-reliant but not afraid to ask for help
- Most important: A can-do attitude
This is your department and colleagues:
- The BG BD R&D Characterization Lab examines the full range of electrical properties of Nexperia’s devices, from Femtoamps to Kilovolt and Gigahertz.
- We are a small team consisting of engineers, technicians and working students and are closely interconnected with R&D of ESD protection devices.
