Senior Customer Service/Solution Manager
1. Pre-sale:
(1) Client demand insight and demand review (technical agreements, special needs, etc.);
(2) Cooperate with the sales and technical departments to follow up on the implementation of customer needs,
(3) Lead the construction and maintenance of key relationships between corresponding customers/third-party institutions;
2. on-purchase service:
(1) Responsible for leading the construction and maintenance of the hierarchical relationship between third-party factory inspection and inspection engineers;
(2) Ensure timely delivery of products (Factory inspection and module inspection passed in time)
3. After-sales:
(1) Responsible for the on-site technical disclosure of the customer's power station, installation supervision (to prevent quality disputes caused by violent installation), arrival inspection and acceptance inspection
(2) Conduct power station visits as planned, and be responsible for potential risk identification and power generation analysis of stations
(3) Investigation of client complaints and quick closure of cases
1. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above
2. Experience requirements: experience in power station, power station construction, power station on-site supervision and installation, power station operation and maintenance experience is preferred
3. Skill requirements: strong communication, organization and coordination skills, proficient in the use of office software,business trip processing and analysis skills,be able to use quality tools (8D, 5W2H, fishbone diagram, plato, etc.), project management experience is preferred
岗位职责:
1、售前:
①客户端需求洞察和需求评审(技术协议、特殊需求等);
②铁三角协同跟进客户需求落地;
③主导相应客户/第三方机构关键关系搭建和维护;
2、售后:
①负责客户电站驻场技术交底、监装 (防止不当安装导致的质量纠纷)、到货检和验收检验; ②按计划进行电站拜访,负责电站潜在风险识别和发电量分析;
③客户端客诉调查及快速结案。
岗位要求:
1、学历: 全日制统招本科及以上;
2、经验要求: 有电站经验、电站建设经验、电站现场监装经验、电站运维经验优先;
3、技能要求: 德语、英语。沟通组织协调能力强,熟练应用办公软件,有一定数据 有出差处理及分析能力,会使用质量工具(8D、5W2H,鱼骨图、柏拉图等),有项目管理经验优先。
