Purpose of the positionYou will be at the forefront of shaping Intersnack’s future Operational Technology (OT) standards – from contributing to our design and driving exciting pilot projects, to empowering Key Users and operators through impactful training. Once the standard is defined, you’ll play a key role in rolling it out across all Intersnack sites, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption Group-wide.ResponsibilitiesShape OT standards – You are supporting to design innovative, scalable Operational Technology frameworks for our international production sitesDrive OT pilot projects – You support with exciting digital transformation and process optimization initiatives from concept to implementation as one of the main driversSet best practices – You create clear SOPs, operational manuals, and training materials for consistent executionGo-Lives on site – You provide Go-Live & hypercare (PGLS) support onsiteTrain and empower key users – You deliver hands‑on OT system training to plant teams across the groupRoll out OT standards globally – You will support multi‑site deployments of standardized OT processesJob RequirementsSeveral years of work experience in FMCG/food industry (or comparable) or Consulting-like rolesKnowledge in MES, PLCs and Edge devices programming (e.g. Litmus) is a mustKnowledge of OPC/Kepware would be a big plusProject experience in MES system implementations would be a big plusFirst experiences with AWSExperience in managing Business Processes DocumentationProficient in EnglishMandatory for this role:Permission to travel and work in the EU and the UK - without permission we cannot consider your application !Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week across EuropeAbout usIntersnack has become one of Europe’s leading savory snacks producers by ‘creating happy snacking moments’ in people’s lives.
