1. Develop a strategic lead generation plan involving a custom approach to prospects.
* Write B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and LinkedIn.
* Schedule semi-automated email send-outs.
* Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
* Build long-term relationships with prospects.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities.
* Set up meetings or calls between clients and Business Development Managers.
* Report sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
* Use automation tools to launch outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar client-facing role.
* Advanced level of English.
* Experience with sales tools, G-suite services, and CRM systems.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
