We are currently looking for an Sales Assistant - Premium / Luxury Fashion / Accessories (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office.
Your Mission
* As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside the Sales Managers in an international client environment (B2B and B2C).
* You are part of the Sales Backoffice team and collaborate closely with the Buying, Logistics, and Finance departments.
* You manage customer offers, orders, and related services.
* You support communication with national and international clients.Additionally, you oversee customer purchases and delivery schedules.
* Creating and maintaining sales reports as well as analyzing market and pricing potential will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your Profile
* A completed degree in Business Administration, Fashion and Textile Management, or a similar field
* First experience in Sales/Account Management (e.g., as a working student), ideally in the fashion industry, is a plus
* Passion for fashion and Sales/Account Management
* Good experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
* The motivation to work in a team-oriented, well-organized, and process-oriented manner
* A high level of enthusiasm, presentation skills, and strong numerical understanding
* Fluent in both German and English
