What You Do

As part of our HR team in Germany, you will take responsibility for key HR projects, reporting, and governance topics. You will help us continuously improve our employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Reporting and Analytics: You develop meaningful HR reports (e.g., CSRD, metrics), prepare analyses, and support the works council and employer with solid data and insights.
* Local point of contact for employee surveys: You oversee the execution and analysis of internal and external surveys (e.g., AES, EDGE, GPTW) and derive valuable insights that help further develop our culture and increase employee satisfaction.
* Coordination and interface function: You work closely with internal service providers, the local HR team, and global HR teams (CoE) to optimize HR processes and enhance communication (e.g., acting as the local coordinator for the employee share purchase program).
* HR Governance Transformation: You ensure compliance with HR minimum requirements and support topics related to internal HR audits, conflicts of interest, and the German Supply Chain Act (GSCA).
* Leading the AES Taskforce: You lead and coordinate Allianz Partners' cross-entity AES taskforce and initiate improvements to the employee experience together with the team.
* Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Bring
* A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Solid experience in HR and project management, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a matrix organization
* Strong analytical skills – you interpret complex information, summarize it precisely, and develop actionable solutions
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
* You are characterized by a high degree of ownership, reliability, and conscientiousness / You work independently and proactively while remaining team-oriented
* Confident, professional appearance combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style
* Handling sensitive data with discretion is a matter of course for you
* Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
