Concessions Supervisor (m/f/x) - Germany Fulltime, hybrid The position reports to the Concessions Manager Italy and Germany and consists in managing the German concession business within our Lee Wrangler corners in department stores. You will be responsible for achieving the financial targets set by the company each year for the German concession channel. You will also manage both staffed and unstaffed stores, controlling the merchandise we place in the concessions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the team to achieve the sales targets by providing the right guidelines.
* Supervise the Staff corners, following a monthly calendar and doing periodic visits to the corners.
* Ensure correct management with the staff from initial training with new employees and follow-up of day-to-day problems (shifts, extras, holidays, etc.)
* Ensure that adequate staff are available in each corner by planning staff, monitoring hours worked, holidays, overtime, etc.
* Leads, coaches, and trains all store associates in customer service to foster a loyal and engaged customer.
* Attracts, recruits, hires, and retains high-performing associates that embody company values.
* Follow up the non-staffed doors, and manage the stock, inventory, returns, stock counts,
* Build strong relationships with the different floor managers, working with them to identify ways to improve the point of sale and potential opportunities for growth.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Prior work experience of 3-5 years in Retail Store Management or Field Sales Representative
* Fluent in English and German, open to travel up to 4 days per week, can be based in DUS or Berlin
