We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Architect to lead the design and technical strategy for our clinical product portfolio. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker capable of guiding complex initiatives and aligning business goals with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate technical teams, ensuring priorities, timely delivery, and effective management of timelines.
* Solution Design: Architect scalable solutions to complex product challenges, balancing performance, security, and maintainability.
* Strategic Planning: Maintain the product architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategy.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management, domain experts, and engineering teams to clarify objectives and drive solution design.
* Trade-off Analysis: Make decisions balancing business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility.
* Product Validation: Oversee product validation policies to ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on complex system issues and serve as a knowledge resource.
* Communication: Convey technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Experience in coordinating technical teams and solution architecture.
* Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to design systems considering performance, scalability, and security.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience aligning product development with business goals.
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management, system validation, and governance frameworks.
