For our partner company in the healthcare sector based in Bad Homburg, we are looking for an Application Manager HIS / IT Coordinator in a clinical environment (m/f/d) as part of direct placement (permanent position with our client).
You will play a central role at the interface between medicine, nursing, and IT, managing the hospital information system (HIS) and adapting it to the specific needs of its users. Through your analysis of complex clinical workflows, you will optimize processes sustainably and actively shape the hospital's digital infrastructure. Furthermore, you will contribute your expertise to exciting projects for the further development of the specific application landscape.

Your tasks
9. Responsibility for the administration, configuration and further development of the hospital information system (HIS)
10. Ensuring the operational KIS system and installing medical applications
11. Coordination of IT interfaces between HIS and various subsystems
12. Taking on (partial) project management responsibilities during the introduction of new applications
13. Providing 1st and 2nd level support for user questions and malfunctions
14. Managing key users and supporting internal digitization processes
Your profile
15. Experience in the administration of a hospital information system
16. Alternatively, a clinical background (e.g., nursing, intensive care) with high IT affinity and HIS user knowledge.
17. In-depth understanding of complex clinical workflows and hospital processes
18. Knowledge of the specific application landscape in healthcare
19. Initial experience in project management or process optimization
20. Analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
