Your tasks
7. Systematic setup, stabilization and further development of the entire process chain from SMD to final inspection
8. Definition of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all process steps and creation of routings for the ERP system
9. Implementation of process FMEAs, control plans and basic process metrics such as cycle time and yield
10. Analysis of the value chain and introduction of lean methods such as one-piece flow and pull systems
11. Ensuring technical process capability and integrating special processes in the areas of soldering quality and test strategy
12. Establishing a standard problem solving process (8D, A3) and structured change management
13. Definition of digital requirements for a consistent data model and traceability across the entire line
Your profile
14. Completed technical studies or technician (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering)
15. Several years of professional experience in electronics production with a focus on SMD, THT, assembly or testing
16. Sound understanding of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering
17. High methodological competence in the areas of FMEA, SPC, process design and value stream analysis
18. Experience in setting up new structures and in organizational development
19. Fluency in German and English
20. Structured way of working in a dynamic environment and strong communication skills
