Senior Sales Director
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to drive our Mass retail channel strategy in Germany.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience at senior leadership level.
* Strong commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
* Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* Owning the sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets, and revenue targets per customer.
* Leading annual negotiations with local and regional customers including buying groups.

* Customer Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailer partners.
* Negotiation Expertise: Leverage negotiation skills to secure optimal trade terms and contracts.
* Talent Development: Coach and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals.
You Should Have
* Outstanding sales leadership experience, preferably in the Mass or Discount channel.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and perfect execution.
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
* International experience is highly desirable.
