Responsibilities
The HR Generalist is in charge of:
* Recruiting and Hiring motivated and skilled staff in compliance with Tourism Labour Law;
* Planning, monitoring and evaluating Onboarding and Training (mandatory courses like HACCP and Health&Safety, foreign languages classes, customer centricity and managerial training courses);
* Cooperation in the Payroll processes & personnel administration as well in the accounting
* Executing the Human Resources strategy of Hotel “AROSA Lago di Garda
Requirements
* Quality management skills are needed
* Accounting: first experience in accounting payroll etc
* Minimum 2 years work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role
* Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus
* Proactivity and passion for Talent Acquisition, Training, Careers Development, People Management, Health&Safety and Quality
* Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills
* Legal right to work in Italy.
