Your future role
You'll support our Traxx project execution team to improve TRAXX Next Generation.
We'll look for you to:
1. Coordinate planning & reporting of monthly activities for RnD and development projects
2. Prepare all relevant financial analysis (including EVM analysis, cross sites reporting)
3. Drives and implements all project improvement actions with work package owner and work package controller
4. Controls project budgets and ensures project financial targets and provides early warning in case of deviation, follow up of the recovery plan.
5. Program structure creation/updates in the local tools ( ERP)
6. Alignment of tools on the authorized amount, derogation request management with HQ
7. Landing management, forecast,
8. Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending

13. Fluent in English & German (B1)
14. Other European languages would be a plus

18. A proactive and resourceful approach
19. Desire to work collaboratively
20. Strong communication and negotiation skills
