Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review technical site documentation (RF layouts, power, cabling, integration plans)
* Support integration of Nokia AirScale components into IP/hybrid networks
* Coordinate with rollout teams, site managers, and stakeholders
* Take part in site acceptance, commissioning, and testing (FAT/SAT)
* Evaluate and integrate external equipment (antennas, RF filters, racks, cabinets)
* Perform or coordinate first-line maintenance (FLM):
* Site inspections
* Equipment replacement
* Power and RF testing
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues:
* Power outages
* RF interference
* Equipment faults
* Network sync problems
* Maintain and approve documentation:
* As-built plans
* Test results
Skills/Must have:
* Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory (spoken & written)
* Good English (spoken & written)
* Eligible for SÜ2 security clearance (background check required)
* Experience in telecom/network integration (mobile or radio networks preferred)
* Basic understanding of RF (radio frequency) systems and measurements
* Strong coordination and organizational skills
* Proactive, self-driven working style
Salary:
* €60,000
