Key responsibilities / You will get to:
12. Consulting for technical IT services and IT components (focus on IT Service Management and platforms)
13. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring projects and processes in the IT landscape
14. Plan and manage the integration of systems and components in projects
15. Ramp up and support IT Environment (incl. IT Service Management)
16. Reporting and steering to corresponding stakeholders and coordinate and manage external service providers
17. Overseeing requirements and/or release management of the IT services and ensure stable and secure operation of the IT services
18. Contribute to the rollout and implementation of deployments
19. Continue to contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements/What we hope you bring:
20. Minimum 3 years of work experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation or project & program management
21. Bachelor in IT or economics preferably
22. Practical experience as service or product manager in the implementation, control and optimization of IT services and IT components
23. Experience in working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
24. Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
25. Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
26. Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
27. Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1) that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
