Your tasks
7. Support for supplier switching in the energy market (GPKE/GeLiGas) for B2C and B2B customers
8. Ensuring the exchange of information with upstream and downstream areas, from online and partner access to clarification cases and master data maintenance.
9. Participation in the handling of feed-in processes and the balancing group settlement for electricity (MaBiS) with regard to balance-relevant master data.
10. Answering written and telephone customer inquiries in supplier switching management
11. Supporting transparent communication with all participating departments and the continuous development of interfaces across 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels.
12. Participation in system and functional tests, e.g., testing new features
13. Developing process optimizations and implementing them together with the team.
14. Onboarding new colleagues, mentoring apprentices and trainees during their training, and providing support with user migration processes as needed.
Your profile
15. Completed technical or commercial vocational training
16. Ideally, experience in the energy industry.
17. Experience in customer switching and supply management processes
18. Knowledge of GPKE, GeLiGas, MaBiS or similar energy market processes
19. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the energy industry or motivation to learn about this area.
20. Proficient use of IT systems and modern communication media
21. Customer focus, strong communication skills and teamwork
