As a Consultant Partner Manager you will be joining our growing Strategic Partnership Team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious professional and passionate about changing the hospitality industry through key relationships. This is a pivotal new role within Mews and as part of the Strategic Partnership Team you will be representing Mews to the outside world. Therefore the ability to engage and build relationships with people of all levels in all types of situations is essential. Trust between Mews and our Partners is the core of our success; trust professionalism and honesty are essential characteristics of this person. This role will attract high levels of visibility both internally and externally and is a fantastic career move for the right person.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
* Responsible for generating high quality pipeline from our partners within the consulting firms segment to increase overall Mews MRR
* Manage report on and organise partner programs including referral payments for these Partners to ensure maximum joint return on investment from the partnerships
* Identify and establish new relationships within the consulting firms segment across DACH and maintain existing ones to achieve Commercial onboarding and marketing targets
* Strategically identified the right clients to partner with within a given region or segment
* Have the skills to recognize and capitalize on opportunities through conversations that can benefit Mews in a mid to long term scale
* Pitch negotiate and sign partnerships with partners and manage contracts complexity
* Ability to foster strong Partner relationships and believing in a process driven culture that creates results
* Demonstrate high achiever traits as a strong negotiator with a consultative approach who finds a way to get some success out of every partner interaction
* Manage co-create and set programmes that help you hit high growth targets that you can share and report regularly to the team
* Ability to present at all levels including Managing Director
* Partner database management and contract administration
* Contract negotiation
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
* Proven ability to communicate sell and close business across all levels from departmental stakeholders to C-suite / Board level
* 35 years of experience in a commercial sales partnerships or consultative role (B2B / SaaS / tech experience strongly preferred)
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a wider team
* Highly structured and organised with strong attention to detail and clear ownership of follow-through
* Solid administrative skills with hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
* Open to feedback quick to learn and able to adapt fast as priorities evolve
* Proactive mindset brings new ideas challenges the status quo and looks for better ways to do things
* Confident outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers partners and internal teams across different countries and seniority levels
* Happy to represent Mews externally including at events and act as a true brand ambassador
* Genuine interest in technology and innovation particularly within hospitality
* Willingness to travel approximately 30%
* Fluent German and English are a must; any additional European language is a strong advantage
