What you’ll achieve As a Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 14+ years of progressive experience providing technical leadership in hardware and firmware validation for enterprise server platforms, with strong expertise in server validation and driving high‑quality product delivery. Ability to develop test automation and apply hands‑on experience in exploring and implementing AI/agentic tools to enhance validation efficiency and coverage. Strong proficiency in Python, along with working experience in AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API, and Hugging Face. Capability to lead cross‑functional validation efforts across multiple technology areas—such as BIOS, FPGA, BMC, GPU, etc.—to ensure seamless product performance and reliability. Experience in AI/ML development, including at least 1 year of work in agentic or autonomous systems. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.
