Microsoft Collaboration Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Collaboration Specialist to advance collaboration within organizations with Microsoft 365.
* Advise customers on effective collaboration strategies with Microsoft 365
* Identify customer requirements and develop tailor-made solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 tools
* Demonstrate strong technical, methodological, and social skills, and implement outstanding customer solutions
Key Responsibilities:
* On-site and remote customer advice
* Internal support in solution development and implementation
* Collaboration with the team to help customers with related topics
The ideal candidate has a solid basic knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, and understands the connections to adjacent M365 services like Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. Knowledge of Viva or PowerShell is an advantage.
Absorbent communication skills, openness, and appreciation are essential for this role.
