Role Overview – Real Estate Agent Career
We are searching for a motivated and resourceful Real Estate Agent to join our expanding Dubai team. Key Responsibilities – Dubai Real Estate Sales & Leasing
* List, market, and sell or lease residential properties around Dubai
* Source and collect accurate property details and manage marketing content
* Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
* Stay informed on current real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local trends
* Support sellers and buyers through the full negotiation and offer process
* Develop long-term relationships through diligent client follow-up and service
* Drive new business from company databases, referrals, and your own network
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction progression
Ideal Candidate – Real Estate Agent Skills & Qualifications
* Previous sales experience is an advantage, but motivation and positive attitude are most important
* Excellent English communication (spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued
* Professional, presentable, and confident, with a strong customer focus
* Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills
* Resilient, energetic, driven, and proactive in generating new leads
* Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
