Participate in all aspects of live game development, maintenance, and optimization across frontend and backend systems in long-running projects
Work confidently and hands-on with existing legacy codebases, understanding, stabilizing, and improving them without fear of technical debt
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent training as an IT
~ 5+ years of professional experience developing video games using ActionScript or Unity
~ Extensive knowledge in backend programming with Java and PHP
~ Broad hands-on experience analyzing and optimizing runtime problems and logic bugs
~ Team player who values occasional collaboration, feedback, and support, while thriving in an independent role
~ Fluent in written and spoken English
