Job Description:
* Provide first- and second-level technical support for employees and customers via helpdesk, telephone, and remote maintenance.
* Learn how to install software, including operating systems, applications, and system components.

* Support the procurement of hardware and software, as well as the technical setup and adjustment of workstations, telephones, printers, etc.
* Contribute to the implementation and support of IT projects.
* Maintain and document network and system infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent command of German language.
* Familiarity with IT systems and basic knowledge of MS Office.
