SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
* With your experience you take over the competent support of our SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance Management and Learning).
* You are the first point of contact for all support queries relating to SAP SuccessFactors and provide support for all questions and problems.
* Creating reports with SuccessFactors is a matter of course for you.
* You work continuously on improving our processes and systems, carry out general process optimizations and support in the international rollout of system changes.
* Additionally you keep your knowledge of legal changes up to date in order to make the necessary adjustments to the modules and processes.
* Your communication skills come into play when you administer, train and support users. A detailed documentation on regulations and processes is also part of your responsibility.
* Last but not least, you will use your experience in the digitalization of processes to contribute to various projects relating to SAP SuccessFactors.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed studies or completed education, e.g. in the field of business informatics, business administration or comparable training with an IT focus.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors support.
* Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and ideally initial experience in project work in connection with SAP systems.
* Good written and spoken German and English.
* Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues in an understandable way.
* Excellent problem solving skills, proactive and systemic thinking and acting.
