Your tasks
7. Taking on the role of contact person for employees regarding all labor law, collective bargaining law, and company-related personnel matters.
8. Administrative implementation of all documents within the employee lifecycle, including contract and onboarding management, changes in working hours, etc.
9. Performing preparatory tasks for payroll processing and close coordination with the Payroll Service Center
10. Recording, maintaining and tracking personnel-related data in appropriate human resources management systems, e.g. SAP HCM
11. Regular communication and coordination with internal and external contacts, e.g., HR business partners, works councils, or government agencies.
12. Participation in optimization, harmonization and other HR project initiatives, as well as implementation of HR projects.
13. Professional guidance of trainees, interns, etc. in the area of responsibility.
Your profile
14. Completed vocational training in a relevant commercial field
15. Specific professional training, e.g. as a personnel clerk in the area of payroll accounting/administration, AEVO or similar.
16. Several years of professional experience
17. Excellent knowledge of labor and social security law
18. Experience in collective bargaining law
19. Confident handling of ERP and other HR systems
20. Strong affinity for IT and digitalization
21. Strong communication and organizational skills
22. Very high flexibility and adaptability
23. Working time model: 35 hours/week
