Assistant Manager Accounting Position
Our organization seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to strengthen our growing accounting team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP and IFRS standards.
* Prepare annual accounts, consolidation packs, and management reports that meet regulatory requirements.
* Handle corporate tax and VAT returns, collaborating with relevant authorities as needed.
* Oversee bookkeeping processes, provide guidance and training to junior team members, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg's financial services sector.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP, familiarity with IFRS advantageous.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages beneficial.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
