The role We are looking for a high caliber Senior Manager - Private Label to identify and launch innovative products to generate excitement in our customer base, driving the next phase of growth for our company. In this role, reporting into the Director of Private Label, you work closely with external partners, and with a multi-functional HelloFresh team, to expand our private label assortment with innovative products. This is a very exciting opportunity, especially for a product developer with a strong strategic acumen, to be in the driver’s seat of HelloFresh’s future product strategy. What you’ll do Drive physical product strategy and expand our private label product assortment in 10 markets, focused on our innovation categories, delivering on ambitious growth and profitability objectives Develop business cases, project plans, timelines, budget and manage cross-functional stakeholders to launch new categories or new products within current categories Identify, assess, negotiate commercial terms, and onboard new strategic partners and/or products Map out supplier landscape for prioritized categories, identifying and assessing high potential partners Be the key point of contact with potential new partners, assessing their product portfolio, driving the negotiation of commercial terms and coordinating their onboarding into the HelloFresh portfolio. Manage your product portfolio post launch, identifying and implementing commercial strategies to boost growth Work collaboratively with various departments such as Procurement, Food Safety, Ingredient Strategy team and Brand to solve complex business problems pre and post-launch Work closely with International Ingredients Strategy team and suppliers to drive product improvements Co-create our Private Label brand, PMM, design & packaging What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; Culinary background is a plus Relevant 3-4 years internship/working experience in Physical Product and/or Project Management ; Experience in Strategic Product development and/or product launches is a plus High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge Analytical mindset: you are really good with numbers and have strong analytical logic and rigor Top notch ways of working: you set the bar really high in terms of collaboration and what good looks like Leadership: you are able to rally teams around common objectives and set up teams for success Growth mindset and a “learning never stops” attitude A winning personality with strong people and communication skills Ability to work through tough problems with a rigorous and pragmatic approach You want to join an adventure with a lot of potential What we offer Elevate your lifestyle!
