About the Role
How you will contribute
1. Administrative processing and handling of customer orders
2. Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
3. Collating & providing data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
4. Shipment tracking and feedback to the corresponding departments
5. Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
6. Maintaining and analyzing statistics
7. Invoicing of services rendered
Your Key Qualifications
8. Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable training.
9. Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
10. Confident handling of MS-Office applications
11. Fluent in written and spoken German
12. Knowledge of English is desirable
13. You are a team player, a strong communicator, reliable and stress resistant.
14. You enjoy dealing with customers
15. You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demands.
