Job Opportunity for HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in supporting people leaders and employees across the Life Sciences and Diagnostics business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP possibly in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting people leaders in managing their teams and implementing organizational changes
* Providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters and developing effective solutions to complex problems
* Collaborating with other departments to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational objectives
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources Administration & Management or related field
* Strong knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
* Experience working with Work Councils
* Fluent German and English language skills
