The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Tasks

* Diverse Assignments & Interdisciplinary Projects: Undertake 4 x 6 month assignments over 2 years (starting October 2026 and finishing September 2028), delving into interdisciplinary projects. This immersive approach hones skills across diverse aspects of the automotive industry

Profil
* You must have a valid permit to work in Germany and the EU
* Master Degree from a Technical university max. up to 2 years after graduation
* Short experience abroad working or study
* Previous short working experience during / after studies
* Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and better)
* High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations
* Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making
* Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
