During your internship at our headquarters in Hannover starting in February 2026, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives for about 6 months.
Talent Management & Diagnostics
1. Support the redesign of key Talent Management processes, such as Succession Planning and Promotion Criteria
2. Contribute to the concept development to improve our talent-pipeline and low-performer handling standards
3. Assisting in the design and execution of diagnostics and assessment tools for talent selection and development
4. Support the preparation of various Talent Conference and Talent Reviews
Talent Acquisition, Recruiting & Employer Branding
5. Support employer branding activity through content creation and visibility campaigns
6. Support employer branding activities through content creation and visibility campaigns, especially for Social and Online
7. Contribute to recruitment-related activities, ensuring smooth communication and continuous process optimization
General HR Project Support
8. Organize virtual and onsite workshops, meetings, and events
9. Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office
10. Help create SharePoint sites and resources for new initiatives
Qualifikationen
11. A student (m/f/diverse) enrolled in Economical or Social Sciences (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable study fields)
12. You have a strong interest in HR topics like talent diagnostics, talent management and employer branding
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office programms; additional experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus
14. Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
15. You work independently, are organized and eager to learn
16. Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks
17. Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving, decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel)
