We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to support the NOWA project, which focuses on implementing new feed-in processes alongside the introduction of modern IT applications. The process chain covers all stages from customer inquiry to meter installation and billing.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate the current and target IT landscape within the project scopeDocument and assess interfaces and data flows between multiple systemsDesign and develop rollout and go-live procedures for new applicationsConsult on migration strategies, test management, and cut-over planningProvide technical consulting and support to business and process expertsEvaluate and translate business requirements into technical concepts and solutionsEnsure the consistency, scalability, and quality of proposed architecturesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectivesMonitor the execution of work packages and contribute to project documentationSupport stakeholder communication and ensure transparency in project progressRequirementsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualificationExtensive experience as an IT Architect in complex IT environments, ideally supported by relevant certificationsStrong understanding of IT architectures, interface technologies, and data flow managementDeep knowledge of system integration within enterprise environmentsExperience with IT migration, rollout, and cut-over projectsConfident communication and documentation skills in German; English proficiency requiredStrong analytical, conceptual, and communication abilitiesProactive, structured, and solution-oriented working approachAbility to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and maintain focus under pressureHigh resilience, reliability, and a strong ownership mindsetExperience with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of energy industry processes, particularly those of regional utilities, is an advantageProficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of IT processes and governanceAdditional InformationStart/End Date: January 1, 2026 -December 31, 2026 (with possibility of extension)Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the client's HQ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
