M365 Endpoint Administrator & Support Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled M365 Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing level 2 support on complex incidents, daily reporting activities, and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Level 2 support on escalation from Level 1 to solve complex incidents and provide Level 1 support in case of overflow of activities
* Provide daily reporting activities to the Coordinator
* Daily support end-users in standard services (standard requests and incidents)
* Solve any kind of support request
* Perform system monitoring to proactively identify operational issues and system management activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Information Technology
* Minimum 2 years of experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints
* Knowledge and product experience with the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and Security
* PowerShell scripting knowledge for performing various support and administrative tasks
* ITIL certification is preferable
