Growth Account Executive (m/f/d), Uber Eats, Germany Sales, Sales & Account Management in Berlin, Germany Your Responsibilities - Generate potential client lists using existing and new resources across Germany. - Engage with restaurants to showcase our offerings, secure agreements over the phone, or organize face-to-face meetings with partners. - Travel to various markets to negotiate contracts, aligning Uber Eats' benefits with their needs. - Sign top restaurants in Germany, manage their onboarding progress, and ensure their ongoing success. - Take charge of the restaurant partners' onboarding during launch week! - Update progress to key stakeholders: Team Lead, Launch Manager, Marketing, and Operations. Your Skills and Experience - Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (tech, retail, tourism) with a deep understanding of the sales process. - Ability to establish strong relationships with partners and secure new business via phone and in-person interactions. - Enjoy traveling to new places and are comfortable with impromptu visits. - Outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with others. - Adept at maintaining organization in a dynamic, fast-paced international setting. - Capable of working independently and utilizing internal resources to address challenges. - Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2). - Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous. - Experience with field or market visits is beneficial.
