About the Job
As an Intern/Working Student in the Finance Transformation project, you will serve as an Executive Assistant to the Program Manager, providing crucial support in managing the "New Horizon 2030" initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the harmonization and standardization of finance operations across Allianz Group.
What you do
* Assist the Program Manager in coordinating project activities and managing schedules
* Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders
* Facilitate communication between the Program Manager, Project Managers, and Workstream Leads
* Organize meetings and workshops, ensuring efficient execution and follow-up
* Help in tracking project progress and identifying areas for improvement
* Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and maintaining records
What you bring
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship (38 h/week) or in a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 6 months or longer.
