What you´ll do
* Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines (EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market (Western Europe)
* Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions
* Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits
* Own and resolve customer technical requests directly
* Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions”
* Act as the go-to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
* Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps. Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals)
* Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets
What makes you a good fit
* Engineer/Bachelor/Master’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environment, ideally in Railway, Marine, or Maintenance Cleaning
* Strong organizational and communication skills and a high degree of independence and ownership
* Ability to navigate complex, multi-country stakeholder environments
* Willingness to travel up to 70%
* Fluent language skills in English, additional languages as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are a plus
