Your areas of responsibilities:
* Support the development of product/brand presentations and marketing concepts at physical points of sale
* Gather relevant product, campaign, and sales input for upcoming launches and define specific briefings for tool creation
* Assist in the creation, development, and prototyping of POS tools
* Manage the Trade Marketing Toolbox and ensure timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders (according to cross-functional Trade Marketing process)
* Serve as the liaison between Trade Marketing and Operations (Procurement, Logistics, etc) to streamline POS ordering and logistics processes
* Monitor global execution, collect market feedback, and create internal documentation for internal learning and improvement
* Assist in creating presentations and documents throughout the Trade Marketing process
* Regularly visit relevant points of sale to enhance expertise and gain practical experience
Your profile of qualifications:
* Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail design, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under high pressure
* Experience in leading freelancers and external agencies is advantageous
* Passion for retail, including consumer experience, products, campaigns, and store design, with a commitment to executional excellence and attention to detail
* Ambitious and flexible, with a hands-on, start-up mentality and a collaborative team player approach
* Excellent English communication and MS Office skills
