CSO Corporate Security is responsible for both the physical security and the security of persons in the Deutsche Bank area. For this purpose, we operate our safety-specific organization and infrastructure, are responsible for the topics of operational/physical safety, travel safety and occupational safety, identify in particular hazardous situations and advise and support Group-wide in all safety-relevant matters.
As part of our team, you are the contact person for all security issues for all business areas of the bank as well as for our external partners for the locations transferred to you.
They assist in the creation, development and implementation of the security standards for office buildings and branches, regularly review them and control the service providers used regarding quality assurance and cost optimization.
Furthermore, you will support our team in other security-relevant topics as well as in smaller or nationwide roll-outs and initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
Preparation and testing of security concepts for the Deutsche Bank location and branch portfolio in Germany by implementing relevant policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
1. You create and maintain security concepts for the objects assigned to you and regularly check these for update requirements, which are met in a sustainable manner in consultation with the stakeholders
2. They advise and evaluate the area of physical security infrastructure including technical components (EMA, ÜMA, ZuKo, CCTV) and compare them according to relevant guidelines.
3. Their safety concept also serves as a technically reliable basis for qualified project planning for planning offices and construction companies.
4. Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security standards and policies.
5. The activity requires nationwide business trips, even several days.
Your skills and experiences
6. You have successfully completed a relevant degree or vocational training with several years of experience in the areas of physical security including security systems.
7. You have proven in-depth knowledge in the areas of access control, video security and intrusion detection systems.
8. You are familiar with the essential standards of the safety components and are ready for further qualification and training.
9. You have extensive experience in the planning of property protection concepts including the implementation of necessary technical components.
10. You have a very high level of communication skills across hierarchical levels.
11. Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and a high level of initiative combined with a high level of team skills round off their soft skills.
12. Proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
13. Requires secure use of MS Office.

CSO Corporate Security verantwortet sowohl die physische Sicherheit als auch die Sicherheit von Personen im Bereich der Deutschen Bank. Hierfür betreiben wir unsere sicherheitsspezifische Organisation und Infrastruktur, verantworten die Themen zur operativen/physischen Sicherheit, Reisesicherheit und Arbeitsschutz, ermitteln in besonderen Gefährdungslagen und beraten und unterstützen konzernweit in allen sicherheitsrelevanten Sachverhalten.
Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie in allen Sicherheitsfragen der Ansprechpartner*in für alle Geschäftsbereiche der Bank sowie für unsere externen Partner für die an Sie übertragenen Standorte.
Sie Unterstützen bei der Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der Sicherheitsstandards für Bürogebäude und Filialen, überprüfen diese regelmäßig und steuern die eingesetzten Dienstleister in Bezug auf Qualitätssicherung und Kostenoptimierung.
Ferner unterstützen Sie unser Team in weiteren securityrelevanten Themen wie auch bei kleineren oder bundesweiten Roll-Outs und Initiativen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
Erstellung und Prüfung von Sicherheitskonzepten des Deutsche Bank Standort- und Filialportfolios in Deutschland durch Umsetzung relevanter Policys, Standards und regulatorischer Vorgaben.
18. Sie erstellen und pflegen Sicherheitskonzepte für die Ihnen zugewiesenen Objekte und überprüfen diese regelmäßig auf Aktualisierungsbedarf, welcher in Absprache mit den Stakeholdern nachhaltig erfüllt wird
19. Sie beraten und begutachten den Bereich physische Sicherheitsinfrastruktur inklusive technischer Komponenten (EMA, ÜMA, ZuKo, CCTV) und gleichen diese gemäß relevanter Richtlinien ab.
20. Ihr Sicherheitskonzept dient auch als fachlich belastbare Grundlage für eine qualifizierte Projektierung für Planungsbüros und Errichterfirmen.
21. Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Fortschreibung von Sicherheitsstandards und Richtlinien.
22. Die Tätigkeit erfordert bundesweite Dienstreisen, auch mehrtägig.
Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen
23. Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in den Bereichen physische Sicherheit inklusive Sicherheitssysteme.
24. Sie verfügen nachweislich über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Zutrittskontroll-/ Videosicherheits-/ und Einbruchmeldesysteme.
25. Die wesentlichen Normen der Sicherheitskomponenten sind Ihnen vertraut und Sie bringen die Bereitschaft für weitere Qualifizierungen und Schulungen mit.
26. Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Planung von Objektschutzkonzepten inklusive Implementierung erforderlicher technischer Komponenten.
27. Sie verfügen über eine sehr hohe Kommunikationskompetenz über Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
28. Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungskompetenz und hohe Eigeninitiative verbunden mit hoher und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihre Soft Skills ab.
29. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
30. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office erforderlich.
