Qualifications
* You provide first and second level support for our employees and customers (helpdesk, telephone, remote maintenance)
* You will learn how to install software (operating system, applications and system components)
* You prepare customer projects (workshops, presentations) and may also carry them out
* You support the procurement of hardware and software as well as the technical setup/adjustment of workstations, telephones, printers, etc.
* You are responsible for the implementation and support of IT projects
* You monitor and document the network and system infrastructure
* You take part in internal seminars and training courses
* You will rotate through other departments at our locations in Hamburg and Glinde

What we want from you
* You have a high school diploma, vocational diploma or a good secondary school diploma

* You have IT skills and basic knowledge of MS Office

* You should be interested in the topics of data protection, data security and digital working environments, as these are our core competencies
