In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations
2. Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
4. Analytical and organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week
7. Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Your tasks
8. Createand provide calculations for Fuel Surcharge regularly
9. Createand provide calculations + report for the Hub & Spoke Invoice Split regularly
10. Communicatewith all stakeholders like people from PDC's, other departments, management, carriers
11. Collectnecessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC's, create logistics cost report
12. Createand provide reports from system data regarding KPI: On Time Delivery, Transportation Claims
13. Collectreferral lead time data from the system, organize the data and report to management monthly
14. Create separate referral lead time reports on demand
15. Supportthe W/G and WGL with any transportation relevant investigation, for PDCs, HQ or Management requests or needs
